Conference Registration Rates

Conference registration will open in March 2026. Early Bird Registration rates available until May 1, 2026

Staff Conference Rates

Conference rates for NCA members who are paid staff working with CERT:

Volunteer Conference Rates

Special discounted rates are available to NCA members  who are CERT volunteers and are paying their own way to attend conference. See the discounted rates below:

Other Conference Rates

Special rates for other types of conference registrations. Non-NCA Members will not have the ability to take Pre-Conference Training.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received after July 27, 2026. Substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the conference.

Please register for the conference by going to the conference registration webpage.

The following meals will be provided during the conference:

• Pre-Conference:
  • Boxed Lunch: Monday - Wednesday
  • Main Conference:
    • Plated Lunch: Thursday and Friday

Conference Hotel

The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Irvine. Special conference rates of $191 per night are available to those registered for the conference. An email with how to secure a room at the conference hotel will be sent out after you register for the conference. 

Parking

Special parking rates will be offered as part of the conference. The daily parking rates are:

• Self-parking is $15/night
• Valet parking is $36/night

In addition to newsletters and social media, the National CERT Association will be hosting a series of Conference Sneak Peek Webinars to inform participants about the conference. Stay tuned for the schedule for the Conference Sneak Peek Webinars!

The Call for Presentations will close on Friday, March 27, 2026. The National CERT Conference Planning Committee anticipates releasing the full schedule sometime in April 2026. Stay up to date on the conference by following the National CERT Association on social media.
