State & Territory CERT Coordinators
Each State and Territory can designate a CERT Coordinator that helps administer the CERT program. The State/Territory coordinator helps vet and approve CERT Program Registration and shares communication and CERT guidance. Local CERT programs should work with their State or Territory CERT Coordinators. State and Territory CERT Coordinators are encouraged to contact their FEMA State Training Managers as needed.
